CLAMP New Year's Greetings

Traditionally, every year CLAMP and other japanese artists give their New Year's Greetings by drawing something related to the correspondent animal of the Chinese Zodiac Calendar. According to the Chinese Zodiac, the year of 2011 is the year of the Rabbit, therefore Tsubaki Nekoi made an illustration of GATE7's main character, Hana, with rabbit ears:

Satsuki Igarashi posted this picture of CLAMP's cat, Kakyou, with rabbit ears:

All CLAMP members wished a happy new year =) Tsubaki Nekoi and Satsuki Igarashi both mentioned that 2011 marks the beginning of CLAMP's new work (GATE7) in a long time.

As for how they spent their holidays, they went back to Kyoto for another data collecting trip for GATE7 (pictures of their trip are available at this LiveJournal's official twitter channel). They stayed in Kyoto during Christmas holidays, but returned to Tokyo in time for New Year's.
