CLAMP in CARDLAND Launched!

CLAMP in CARDLAND has been officially released in Japan today, and the official website has been updated with the complete Rule Book 1, teaching how to play the game, and the complete Card List. You can check the names and specifications of all the 131 cards featuring the 1st Series.

The unique Secret Card is actually the "Sakura and Sakura" card, and here's a little preview of how it looks like (click to enlarge):

Cute illustration nonetheless, isn't it? ^^

The 6 (and not 4 as I had previously reported) cards listed as Ultra Cards are:

- Itterashai
- I want to be strong
- The shop that grant wishes
- Release!
- Torn Heart
- CLAMP in CARDLAND

The 2nd and 3rd Series of CLAMP in CARDLAND are reportedly due to February and May 2008, respectively.

...and they are holding bunches of Sakura too XD

that's quite pretty, could have been prettier though...must be the colouring plus the slight change of style :P

thanks for the info anyway, will take a good look at the card list when i have the time ^^

I don't like that coloring (ie. CG) either... Sakura's hair gets to dark whenever they use that method of coloring.

Oooo, they're so pretty! I love when they draw both Sakuras together. :) The artstyle is a bit strange though. O.o

It might be the quality of the picture, but I think the style is pretty much the same of TRC, just the coloring that is different ^^

A little upset they reused a lost of old artwork ): I love the Sakura & Sakura card though, so cute ^^

Most of them are old artwork. The only new artwork are the ones in the special cards :)

The secret card is obtained thru getting an extremely rare insert that says you won it.. I saw someone selling the insert for a starting bid of 28,000yen, so it must be psychotically rare ^^;;

Do you happen to know what the promo cards look like? Like the one that came in the Clamp in Wonderland or the event promos?

They have the same illustration as of the cover/box. For example, the card that comes with the CIW CDs has the same illustration of the CD-case.
